solid stay, close to the metro

this hotel is in a good spot near a metro stop. the room was clean and the bed felt big and cozy. i liked the coffee machine in the reception area and the rituals products they gave us in the bathroom. there are plenty of plug sockets.
the staff put a hold on my card for over £120 after i already paid. they did not even tell me about this beforehand and now i have to argue to get it back.

The room included sound proof windows. I discovered it after opening the window and immediately shutting it. The hotel is also located close to a Metro station. The location made getting around the city easy.
There were few storage options in the room. The sink in the bathroom had a sewage smell. there was no refrigerator available.
